SI5335D-B04179-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
