SI5335D-B03977-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There is a Clock PLL called Clock, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. An up to 200MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage provided. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, SSTL logic levels.
