SI5335D-B03442-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
