SI5335D-B03149-GMR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
