SI5335D-B03047-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
