SI5335D-B02840-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
