In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
