SI5335D-B02269-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. With ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
