SI5335D-B02267-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 200MHz is available for sale. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
