In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. With ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
