SI5335D-B02036-GMR Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
