It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Clock PLL synthesi200MHzes a high-quality 200MHz clock output frequency. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
