In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
