SI5335D-B01971-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. There is a ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
