SI5335D-B01896-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations.
