SI5335D-B01873-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
