SI5335D-B01740-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
