SI5335D-B01729-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 24 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. There is a ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
