SI5335D-B01558-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
