This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
