SI5335C-B07060-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V.
