SI5335C-B05994-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
