As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
