It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
