SI5335C-B05301-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V.
