SI5335C-B04684-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
