SI5335C-B04635-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
