SI5335B-B09056-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
