Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
