SI5335B-B08010-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
