SI5335B-B07925-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
