SI5335B-B07734-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
