SI5335B-B07684-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
