SI5335B-B06938-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
