SI5335B-B06905-GMR Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
