SI5335B-B06260-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
