SI5335B-B05944-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
