SI5335B-B05273-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
