SI5335B-B05244-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
