SI5335B-B05222-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 24 terminations found in the file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
