SI5335B-B05158-GM Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
