SI5335B-B05156-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 200MHz is available for sale. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
