SI5335B-B04727-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
