SI5335B-B04395-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
