SI5335B-B04102-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
