SI5335B-B02319-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
