SI5335B-B02311-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
