SI5335B-B02132-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
