SI5335B-B02108-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 200MHz is synthesi200MHzed for high-quality output. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. There is a ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
