SI5335B-B01870-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
