SI5335B-B01862-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
